UN & UNESCO: International technical guidance on sexuality education "It has been almost a decade since the International technical guidance on sexuality education was first released in 2009. During this period, the global community has come to embrace a bold and transformative development agenda to achieve a just, equitable, tolerant, open and socially inclusive world... (...) What is comprehensive sexuality education (CSE)? (...) It aims to equip children and young people with knowledge, skills, attitudes and values that will empower them to: realize their health, well-being and dignity; develop respectful social and sexual relationships (...) These skills can help children and young people form respectful and healthy relationships with family members, peers, friends and romantic or sexual partners.
